History of episodic fevers with swollen hocks and an arched back starting at 12 weeks of age. Presumptive Shar-pei fever.
Surgical History
Neutered when less than 1 yr.

Heartworm preventative, monthly milbemycin oxime/praziquantel.

Social History
Patient has had no changes in diet. He eats one meal per day in the evening. No travel history or other pets in the home. Vaccinations (rabies, parvovirus, distemper, canine hepatitis) up-to-date.
