Metastatic pulmonary lesions from mammary cancer causing hypertrophic osteopathy, 11-yr-old Springer Spaniel

Both front legs were swollen and painful due to hypertrophic osteopathy, which is associated with pulmonary metastases. The skin of the medial right foreleg was ulcerated with secondary infection. The bandage on the left hindleg is covering a fentanyl pain patch.
