An outbreak of Campylobacter infections in people has been linked to exposure to puppies at a pet store chain based in Ohio. A total of at least 39 people across 7 states have been diagnosed with the infection according to the CDC. Some of those affected are store employees, while the others either visited a store, purchased a puppy there, or were exposed to one of the puppies in a home.
