Dilated cardiomyopathy, M-mode echocardiogram, dog


The left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVIDs) is markedly increased, the end-diastolic diameter (LVIDd) is mildly to moderately increased, and the shortening fraction is markedly decreased. Both the interventricular septum (IVS) and the left ventricular posterior wall (LVPW) move and thicken (%) poorly.
