    Chronic bronchitis, radiograph, dog

This chronically coughing dog has a caudodorsal pulmonary infiltrate primarily due to expiration, technique, and age. Note the left atrium is not enlarged. The history (chronic cough) was not compatible with mitral chordal rupture and acute left heart failure.
