: Mild dental calculus. Nuclear sclerosis OU. Mucous membranes pink and moist; ears have mild, dark-colored exudate. No ocular discharge, submandibular lymphadenopathy, or oral lesions observed.
Pulmonary
: Eupneic with normal lung sounds. Intermittent panting observed.
Cardiovascular
: No murmur or arrhythmia, capillary refill time normal, no pulse deficits.
Gastrointestinal
: Gut sounds present and unremarkable.
Genitourinary
: Urination not observed.
Musculoskeletal
: Mild muscle atrophy noted in limbs.
Neurologic
