Calculus grade 3 of the maxillary and mandibular incisor and canine teeth. Note deposition of calculus on the tooth surfaces and the apparent fissure lines associated with the maxillary incisors and the location of the mandibular symphysis. The fissure lines are present because the teeth have clinical mobility. Also note the clinical absence of the mandibular central incisors. All maxillary and mandibular teeth were clinically present beneath the calculus in this patient.
