Lateral radiographic view of a German Shepherd Dog with spondylosis deformans. There is smooth, new bone formation on the ventral aspect of the vertebral end plates adjacent to the intervertebral disk. This was an incidental finding; the cause of the dog's paraparesis was degenerative myelopathy.
