Stranguria, foal

A 2-day-old Thoroughbred colt with a ruptured bladder and stranguria. The rear legs are extended behind the body, which is typical of stranguria, as opposed to a foal with meconium impaction and tenesmus, in which the rear legs are commonly placed underneath the body.
