    Video of microscopic examination of a wet mount prep of intestinal tissue from a guppy (Poecilia reticulata) at necropsy. Mature Camallanus are often large enough to see grossly. These nematodes give birth to live young, and larvae can be seen inside this adult. The red color is characteristic of this genus. Unstained wet mount; magnification, 40×.
