Medical history
: History of intervertebral disc disease, urinary incontinence, and chronic renal disease.
Surgical history
: Two surgeries for intervertebral disc disease 10 and 11 yr ago.
Medications
: Tramadol for intermittent pain related to disc disease. Urinary incontinence managed with estriol. Periodic subcutaneous IV fluids for renal disease.
