Acute periocular swelling, horse

Acute periocular swelling of the right eye in a horse. There is mucohemorrhagic ocular discharge, severe blepharoedema, and severe subconjunctival hemorrhage and chemosis. The globe itself is obscured by these changes. This horse sustained traumatic orbital fractures and concurrent globe rupture.
