Gingivitis, dog

    Gingivitis, or inflammation of the gingiva, of cheek teeth in the left maxilla of a dog. Note moderate to severe plaque and calculus accumulation and red and swollen gingiva at the third and fourth premolar teeth and first molar tooth. This dog would have a calculus index of 2–3 and gingivitis index of 2.
