    Intravenous regional limb perfusion (IVRLP) is being done here as part of the treatment protocol for a horse with septic arthritis of the tarsocrural joint. Note the tourniquets both above and below the hock to enhance tissue concentrations of the antimicrobial being delivered to the joint.
