Annual Survey Shows Many Pets Continue to be Overweight

A survey released in March by the Association for Pet Obesity Prevention showed the majority of cats and dogs in America are either overweight or obese. Being overweight places the animals at higher risk for diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease, arthritis, and cancer.
