Stranguria, foal
A 2-day-old Thoroughbred colt with a ruptured bladder and stranguria. The rear legs are extended behind the body, which is typical of stranguria, whereas in foals with meconium impaction and tenesmus, the rear legs are commonly placed underneath the body.
